TYPE	Permanent Electoral Management  Body NEC shall be an independent and neutral body in the carrying out of it duties. Members of the NEC and those of electoral commission at all levels shall be neutral and impartial in the implementation of their electoral duties.
NUMBER OF MEMBERS	Nine (09)
	Ministry of Interior shall submit the name of the proposed Composition of NEC to the Council of Minister all least 11 months prior to the Election Day. The chairman, Vice-Chairman and members of NEC, at the request of the Council of Minister and with the consent of an absolute majority of the National Assembly, shall be appointed by the Royal Decree at least 9 month prior to the Election Day. Chairman, Vice-Chairman and members of NEC shall take an oath of Office
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES	The NEC shall be responsible for planning, organizing and managing the election in the nation. The NEC has full right to implement its duties.
