Chapter VI - Dissolution

Article 6.1

a. This Association may be dissolved by a resolution of the General Assembly. Such resolution of dissolution must be adopted by at least two thirds of the full members voting in person or by prior written instruction to the Chairperson at a meeting of the General Assembly; and
b. Upon such dissolution, the General Assembly shall further decide concerning the disposal of the assets and the payment of liabilities of the Association. Assets will be transferred to an organization of similar interests.
